At the beginning of our collaboration, we conducted a thorough analysis of each brand and its market position, as well as competitive products. Understanding the unique characteristics and values of each brand was crucial for developing a positioning strategy in stores. After analysis, we developed a plan that highlighted the advantages of RBK brands and created differentiation compared to the competition.
Through the creative process, we created BTL materials that emphasized the quality, effectiveness, and benefits of RBK brands. We carefully selected design, colors, and messages to attract consumers’ attention and encourage them to make a purchase. Every element of the materials was designed with the aim of highlighting RBK brands on the shelves and encouraging consumers to choose their products.
How did we do it?
The implementation of the campaign involved placing BTL materials at key locations within stores, as well as training staff to ensure consistent brand positioning. We continuously monitored the campaign’s performance and conducted measurements to evaluate the success of the strategy and adjust it as needed.
Through our brand care service for Reckitt Benckiser, we enabled the visibility of their brands in stores and increased consumer awareness of their products. Our positioning strategy helped RBK brands stand out in a competitive environment and achieve sales growth.
